We're thrilled that you'll be joining us for Summit at Sea this year. Please complete the form below to share your Summit at Sea travel plans and arrival details. 

While the event officially begins Wednesday November 9th, we invite you to join us for a private dinner for speakers, performers, and artists on Tuesday, November 8th before we set sail.

 

Welcome Dinner

We invite you to join us for our Welcome Dinner the night before we set sail. Share in this unique culinary experience with your fellow speakers, performers, artists and guests.

Please submit the form below to RSVP for the dinner and notify us of your travel plans. If you cannot join us for dinner, you will still have the opportunity to check into your stateroom the afternoon of November 8, between 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM, and spend the night aboard the ship that evening.

On Wednesday, November 9th, our attendees will be boarding at the Port of Miami. Opening plenary will take place around 5:15 PM and we will leave port at around 10:00 PM. We will return to the Port of Miami Saturday, November 12th, with disembarkation occurring between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
